Love this office and dentist. I take my 4 year old for cleanings here, they are wonderful with him. I’ve had fillings a couple of times and can’t even feel him numbing my mouth! The procedure was quick and painless with a good out come. The staff is friendly and personable which helps make going to the dentist a good experience. My husband had a root canal done with no problem. He said the worst part is holding your mouth open, but they gave him breaks so it wasn’t bad. The equipment is great and I love they don’t go over board with fancy equipment which makes for more expensive dental work.

I have been a resident of Mt. Pleasant since 1965. When it comes to dentists I have been very lucky. Craig Downer is my Third dentist. My previous dentists both retired. I just returned from my first visit. This man is a winner! What I dislike the most about any dental procedure is the initial needle to num the area, it always hurts no matter what. Well let me tell you, this was a first. Not only did I not feel the needle at all, I didn't feel anything during the procedure, not even the tool vibrations. I had two fillings done completely 100% painless and now as i type this the anesthetic has worn off and there is no pain. To add to this the Doctor and his staff were very pleasant and enjoyable to be around. I Highly recommend Dr. Craig Downer and his staff for your dental needs.
